		<description>Well, RIA and Flex seem quiet important to me. Im now looking for a job, and apart from the usual Java/J2EE skills they are asking, i can see offers about specifically Adobe Flex ;-)
And anyway, having worked a bit with Flex (thanks Seb), i can say that this is an exciting tecnology and there are so many things possible with it.. it would be too sad not to try it out at least! And it definitely combines the ergonomy of a desktop and the light weight of a web app!
