Im now looking for a job, and apart from the usual Java/J2EE skills they are asking, i can see offers about specifically Adobe Flex ;-) And anyway, having worked a bit with Flex (thanks Seb), i can say that this is an exciting tecnology and there are so many things possible with it.. it would be too sad not to try it out at least!
